Chris Parr has been living in London for the last year and a bit. Before that he lived in Gifu, Japan.
He was part of Bolton band Provada, who were bit rubbish but taught him alot about songwriting. He was then in Newcastle band 3 Hours Wasted, who were a little bit better. After leaving the band, he wrote a number of musicals, including The Musical!, which played to many many people in many different cities.
He now works for a newspaper and plays songs on his own. He is looking for a new band, since this solo stuff gets repetative after a while.

Drop me a line and lets hook up for a few beers and if you'r still playing on a Tuesday evening I'll head down. Look forward to catching up.
Yeah, Clarence and Bruce were my teachers! They are nice teachers. I know other teachers. Maybe, you've been to "Elephant's Nest" which is an English pub in Nagoya. I met other teachers teaching in Nagoya and Gifu there!!
Mr Parr, nothing short of a pleasure to meet you last night (although I am loathed to use that word as I'm sure we agreed it wasn't strong enough). Anyways, the music is lovely, you're a very talented cove. I will try and see you live sometime. take it easy, Han

hey Chris. The funniest thing happened today. I put on my Bridge Over Troubled Water CD, and realised The Only Living Boy In New York is not the same unless you're singing it perched on a stool at the Half Moon. Hope to hear your rendition very soon.
hey! i'm impressed by that score considering how little we've seen each other! it's only 40 less than some people who speak to me almost every day.
So how's life treating you? not heard from you in a while... write more blogs!
xx
I'm playing this friday at The Perseverence in Shroton Street which is right next to Marylebone tube Station.
It'd be great to see you there if you can make it.
The flyer below gets you in cheap
Cheers

Sorry if I didn't get around to this earlier but THANKS FOR THE ADD!
Please feel free to leave comments on my music - I'm looking for feedback.
The songs will be replaced next month - provided I get time to record new stuff during my holiday.
If you only gave my songs a brief listen initially, then I honestly do believe 'Never's Never Late' is worth hearing a few more times.
Thanks,
Michael.
P.S - I'm not using some dodgy programme to leave this message automatically - I am doing it all by my self - manually. How about that for leg work?
