| | Music | I listen to all types of music but not to the radio. I couldn't tell you, nor do I care, who's in the top ten. If I like it I like it. My two favorite singers are foreign and not a lot of people around here has heard of them.
Vanessa Paradis is my favorite singer. She is from France and has been Johnny Depp's girlfriend since 1998. Her music is beautiful and deep. Johnny Depp did the cover art for her latest album Divinidylle.
My other favorite singer is Carla Bruni. She is Italian and the wife of French President Nicolas Sarkozy. "Those Dancing Days Are Gone" is probably my favorite by her. The lyrics were written by poet W.B. Yeats.
| | Movies | My favorite movies are all of the Harry Potter movies. I guess that's the nerd in me. My favorite actor is Johnny Depp. No one else comes close. Believe it or not, I'm not into the Pirates of the Caribbean movies. I like the darker roles like Sleepy Hollow, Sweeney Todd, and The Ninth Gate. And everybody has to love Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. Besides the Potter and Depp stuff I love Interview with the Vampire. Everything about the movie is cool and I could watch it over and over.
 | | Books | Nerd alert...Harry Potter. My favorite of the series is the Sorcerer's Stone. You never forget your first love. I'll take my nerdness a step farther and say that I am a proud member of Gryffindor. The Sorting Hat doesn't lie.
