The Liverpool Echo described him as "encapsulating the qualities of the golden era of acoustic rock" while the Daily Post described him as "a rising music star...many are tipping Chris Selman as one who can go all the way". <br /><br /> A nomadic musician, Selman has moved a number of times and has found himself plying his trade from both Manchester and Sheffield during the last two years. He has succeeded in playing some of Manchester's more prestigious live music venues, including headline shows at the Night & Day Cafe and the Ruby Lounge, and his music has been played by BBC Radio Sheffield. <br /><br /> Chris Selman is now based in Leeds. Again he has been warmly received by local radio, as BBC Radio Leeds played his single 'The Gender Agenda' several times and the 'Introducing' show invited him in to play a three song live set on the christmas edition of their show. Presenter Alan Raw described the single as "Really well written and sung" and kindly called Selman "Awesome". Alan has also kindly played Selman's singles 'Circles', 'Glorious' and 'Modern Romance'. Chris has recently been gaining further radio exposure with Tom Robinson announcing the release of new album 'All or Nothing' on his 6Music show.
