Influences
We love all these people and many more... Jackson Browne, Neil Young, Bruce Springsteen, CSNY, Steely Dan, Todd Rundgren, Seals & Croft, Fleetwood Mac, Cat Stevens, James Taylor, America, Jim Croce, Don McLean, Gordon Lightfoot, The Doobie Brothers, Loggins & Messina, Paul Simon, Kris Kristofferson, Glen Campbell, 38 Special, Emmitt Rhodes, The Beatles, The Band, The Beach Boys, Charlie Rich. We also like newer folks like Bright Eyes, Damien Rice, Dolorean, Hem, Ryan Adams, Jude, Jellyfish, Ray LaMontagne, Joshua Radin, A Girl Called Eddy, Andrew Bird, Josh Rouse, Iron & Wine, and all the great bands we've met on this evil thing.
Saint America is a five piece band from Los Angeles. With a sound deeply rooted in the music born from this geographical area, St. A pulls it's influences from the California country/folk rock of the 1970's (Jackson Browne, Eagles, Crosby, Stills, and Nash) as well as the pop sensibilities of bands like Fleetwood Mac, the rich arrangments and harmonies of Todd Rundgren and The Beach Boys, and the "blue eyed" R&B rhythms of bands like Steely Dan and early Hall & Oates. Saint America unapologetically wears these influences on it's collective sleeve, creating a sound that is both retro and nostalgic, yet still managing to be lyrically current and unconventionally relevant. Saint America just finished their self-titled debut album. Look for it in the near future on iTunes or HOPEFULLY in a store near you. Enjoy!
"It was never quite like this before. Not one of you's the same."
"It's that American voice again"
Now that Flickr has shut me down AGAIN I've decided to focus on my videos more than pictures for a bit and have started to make censored ones to reach more people.
I should be able to get about 40 more of these done when I find all of the right music. I have around 150 hours of footage sitting in a suitcase waiting. I'm ranting, as I do...

Thank you for helping me promote. I've done a terrible job of it in the past.

Scientist Agree- Myspace friends of American NonFiction are more likely to have physical interaction with the gender of their inclination over Friends of Brand X. We knew you had a bit of Don Juan in you!
Un petit passage sur ton Space pour te souhaiter de passer de joyeuses fêtes de fin d’année… Quelques vidéos pour agrémenter tes soirées dans le rire et la bonne humeur. Un gros bisou
I really like how "Celebrity Friend" came out in the studio. I only heard it once live in the viper room back in 05, but when I heard it today, it's still one of my Favorite songs.
