About me:
I've been happily married to
Jesse since March 19th, 2007, and our son,
Owen James Keali'ikai Winterbottom, was born on September 5th, 2007 and we are expecting a girl, named
Annalisa Rose Hi'ilei Winterbottom on
August 9th, 2009. I can't WAIT!! I am an easy person to get along with, unless you lose my respect. I am a big fan of common sense. I've been told I'm a bitch, mostly behind my back, and it's true. If you've had to say I'm a bitch before, you probably were being put in your place because you lack common sense! I
love stars, they symbolize a lot to me. My fascination with stars began when I was about 13, and has never gone away. The points of a star tell me just how far to your limits you can be stretched, but the fact that a star doesn't end, like a circle, means that it isn't the end of the world. I have roots in two states;
Hawaii and
Kentucky and I will never deny anything that is associated with that. I am country to the bone, but I considered myself raised in Hawaii. I call myself a haole, but not in a derogatory way. My
mommy passed away on Christmas Eve, 2007. It was the most heartbreaking thing I've ever been through. I think about her EVERY second of EVERY day and I live my life for her, my husband, and my children. She will be in my heart and mind always, and I strive to be the woman she raised me to be. I do EVERYTHING with the intention of making my mother proud. My best friends are the people who GET ME, who love me for ME. My husband is amazing because we had more trials in one year of marriage than most people married for 10 years. He has been the arms who held me when my world crumbled, and I owe everything to him. I am a CHRISTIAN, But not to the extreme. These days I'm a stay at home mom, just waiting for my little girl to be born and watching my son grow more each day! My husband was laid off from Hawaii Superferry in mid-march, but has since landed a new job with the Hawaii Stevedores. Our life has changed a lot since then, but we are happy to have stability! Life gets hectic and crazy but I wouldn't want it any other way! I live a blessed life and I know my mother is looking down on me, guiding me and protecting me in everything I do.
There's a lot more to me, but I'm a complicated and confused person, so this will do.
Who I'd like to meet:

I'd give anything for one more minute with my mother, just to tell her face to face how much I love her and how much she means to me.

You may be gone, Mama, but you will NEVER, EVER EVER be forgotten!
