    Christabel Dreams was created in Rome at the end of 2005 by Christian Gatti (voice), Emmanuele Viola (bass) and Federico Viola (guitar), who had the aim to relive some goth and new wave sound of the early 80's. First self titled work was launched as a demo in 2007, four songs which show clearly the intentions of the band. During the same year the debut concert in Rome and a few months later the first response about their work by goth magazines and webzines. In 2008 'Life That Never Was' and 'Candlelight' have been included in some european compilations. About live shows the band was the opening act for Cinema Strange and Red Zebra in Rome. In 2009 "Christabel Dreams" was nominated demo of the month by Ritual Magazine, confirming a sort of critical success of the band. During the same year CD was the opening act for The Frozen Autumn in Rome and played at Fano Moonlight Festival with Specimen, Sex Gang Children and Neon in summer. Having published the EP "The Broken Toy" (self-produced) and after some gigs around the country between 2009-2010, the band acquired new drummer Francesco Mignogna and has recently replaced Federico Viola with Daniele Melone on guitar. Today Christabel Dreams are working on new songs
