El nombre Christian Stephen se compone del primer nombre Christian junto a la traducción de Esteban, su segundo nombre al Inglés, adoptado en 1998, cuando empezó a vocalizar en Calvario, con este lleva actualmente sus carreras como: poeta, músico y pintor, también se lo alterna con su seudónimo, Nick o Alias Christianstephen siendo la unión de sus nombres en una sola palabra pregnante. Resumen La primera etapa de rock y metal con Calvario en la cual sin definirse hizo covers y experimento con rock alternativo, thrash metal, rock, metal progresivo, y hard rock clásico, donde llega a trascender siendo virtuoso en la guitarra, escribió y compuso temas inéditos los cuales aguardo para lanzarlos, organizo conciertos, llegando a convertirse en líder y vocalista, hasta que definió y posiciono el estilo y rumbo de Calvario y comenzó su carrera solista. En la segunda etapa de su carrera, debuto por primera vez en el Concierto de cantautores: "Un sueño hecho realidad" como solista, sacando a la luz temas con poesía (desde su experimentación), sobre denuncia social, efectos del sistema, viajes por aventura, migración y amor que emprenden las personas. Empieza su producción con la edición individual de este Concierto, luego los tres demos acústicos que evolucionaron hacia EPs, continuando con un direccionamiento hacia la fusión alternativa errante en Proyecto Caminantes Latinoamericanos y finaliza con la publicación de su Poemario Noventero: Días Perdidos. Su tercera etapa integra Mainstream y Metal para su segundo álbum Canciones que se pierden en la luna, y publico el esperado primer EP de Calvario direccionado hacia el Thrash metal y Groove luego retoma sus raíces con dos álbumes de covers y rarezas, haciendo tributo a los artistas y bandas que lo influenciaron desde sus inicios en: Inicios y Rarezas. En la cuarta etapa integro la banda de metal extremo Serpiente, y parte su labor como historiador de la música y el rock local, se propone retomar Calvario y continuar con más proyectos. Christian Stephen (14/04/1978 Imbabura) is a guitarist, singer, troubadour and avant-garde and experimental Metal and Alternative Rock, who began his musical popularity from 1994 to Calvary, from northern Ecuador, also a graphic designer and artist plastic, since 1999 she went solo, based on songs written in his book of poems and several tributes to rock musician was also a bassist, composer, arranger and producer: Calvary, as a soloist and Snake, in a race that leads to the at four stages. Stephen Christian name consists of the first Christian name along with the translation of Stephen, his middle name to English, adopted in 1998, when he began to vocalize on Calvary, this now takes his career as poet, musician and painter, also it alternates with his pseudonym, or Alias Nick Christianstephen being the union of their names in a word pregnante. In the second stage of his career, first debuted in the concert of singer-songwriters: "A dream come true" as a soloist, bringing to light issues with poetry (from experimentation) on social criticism, effects of the system, travel adventure, migration and love that people undertake. Production begins with the individual edition of this concert, then the three acoustic demos evolved into EPs, continuing with an address to alternative fusion project errant American Walkers and ends with the publication of his book of poems Noventero: Lost Days. Mainstream integrates its third stage and for their second album Metal Songs that are lost in the moon, and the anticipated public debut EP of Calvary routed to the Groove Thrash metal and then returns to his roots with two albums of covers and rarities, doing homage to the artists and bands that influenced him from the beginning in: Beginnings and Oddities. Complete the fourth stage in the Snake extreme metal band, and some work as a historian of music and local rock, Calvary seeks to take up and continue with more projects.
