I couldn't keep up with my sons, although they did go looking for me during a heavy thunderstorm; I wasn't too worried about lightning, but the squishy shoes had to go. Haven't had a running buddy in awhile, but yesterday after a solitary morning jog it was fun to go for an early evening walk with a friend. The sense of well-being is probably the primary motivation now, there is nothing else like it :D
