About Christine Steel

Below are the lyrics to a song I wrote several years ago with my band (it may very well be playing right now). It's called "Dreams". I was listening to a radio call-in program. An old lady called and said she'd had an abortion when she was younger. She had been told at the time that it would be an "easy out" for her situation and that once the procedure was over she would be "O.K.". But she wasn't O.K. She was still haunted by it. She never forgot what she felt that day and still woke many nights later to the sound of a baby crying. The good news for her and for you (if this is your story) is that there is forgiveness and healing. It really is only a prayer away. Jesus is waiting...
