MusicMainly "alternative rock" (Modest Mouse, The Arcade Fire, Feist, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Sparklehorse, etc.), whatever that means these days, and Classic Rock/Oldies with classical, '70's & 80s pop, and some folk/ethnic music mixed in there. But, in general, I like all genres except for rap, hip-hop, and modern country. (Oh, and everything else save for rap and hip-hop and most new country...ewww.)

Christine Stoddard is a writer and interdisciplinary artist from Arlington, VA. She has interest and experience in writing fiction, poetry, creative non-fiction, plays, and arts & entertainment articles (primarily fashion). Christine also likes to write and illustrate comics, make collages, and act. Her writing and artwork have appeared in books (most recently Candlewick Press's Falling Hard: 100 Love Poems by Teenagers), literary journals, magazines, newspapers, and websites, both locally and nationally. Miss Stoddard has interned for several companies and organizations, including Washington Life magazine, the Smithsonian American Art Museum, and Washington.Newsweek Interactive.
