I was born in 1968, in the lovely town of Annecy, France. I started playing at 13 after discovering Alan Holdsworth with Jean-Luc Ponty, AC/DC's "Back in black" and the first Van Halen album the same week !!! I played and recorded with different bands including Gnô and Temple. Now my main projects are Mörglbl, a funny jazz/metal trio, my solo project named Christophe Godin's Metal Kartoon, a guitar duo with Pierrejean Gaucher and an acoustic guitar duet with amazing guitarist Olivier-Roman Garcia. I teach in different schools in France and Switzerland, and give masterclasses wherever people want me to !
