   About Christopher Davis
Hello, and thanks for visiting my myspace page! My name, as you may have guessed, is Chris. I started playing guitar around 15 when I begged and pleaded with my parents to get one. After hearing Black Sabbath, then Metallica, I knew I wanted to play. When "college time" rolled around, I decided to do music. Originally I intended to be a jazz player, but I soon found classical guitar. My teacher, Phil, introduced me to Brouwer, and I fell in love with the classical guitar and its music. Thanks for visiting!

Hey Boyscout (um, er, I mean Chris)

Just noticed that I haven't left a comment here, so I will say it again that I am very impressed at your skills considering only two years of CG study. The Brouwer is quite good man, and you're on a great path if you keep it up...

Keep doing what you're doing! Looking forward to hearing more recordings too.

Best,
Anthony

Thanks for adding me. I enjoy the pieces you have selected for your site. Bach and Brower. Excellent playing for having only two years focused on playing classical guitar. Nice interpretations. Looking forward to others you post here.

Chris, I too fell in love with the Black Sabbath Album Paranoid. It changed the way I thouight about guitar. I started out playing classical then once I heard Paranoid began to study the electric. CHEERS! I enjoyed your interpretation of Bach (and the Brouwer). You play very well. Best of luck to you.

Chris, Thanks for adding me - I wish you the best in your music career. Would you be interested in some of my new compositions for solo classical guitar? I could send them to you as PDF's if you supplied an e-mail address. Regardless, your playing sounds great!

I just want to say that Scott was incredibly impressed with your guitar playing at our house last night!!! I'm sure it tickled him pink to see that you kept playing and that one of his students went on with it. Thanks for making his night last night.
Please keep in touch.
Michelle
