    She's still not positive it's stress that is causing it. She's mostly sure, but I'm even less sure. Because I've had worse stress than this before, much worse, and besides, I always handle stress in my stomach. On top of that, all this just suddenly started one day and hasn't stopped, it's not like it built up. So I think it's an actual heart defect. We'll see what the cardiologist says next week though.

    I haven't tried anything yet because they still don't know what is wrong with me. But my doctor especially doesn't want me to take anything that slows or speeds my heart because of the times it goes the other way. If I took valerian, it'd help when my heart is racing, but it would not be so good when my heart drops so low, because it could shove it down into the 40s or lower. It already drops to 50 without help.
