"Brazil Emoção"or "Girafe World Lounge" with a lot of beautiful tracks produced by friends of mine like Aaron Bingle, Justin, Yorio da Costa, Thomas La Ida, Janice Andrade and many others. or what do you think of the german anthem reinterpreted and remixed (for example as bossa nova)? Biography Christoph Isermann: Raised with the music from Miles Davis, Herbie Hancock, Weather Report, James Brown, Baden Powell and Tom Jobim, Christoph Isermann started to play bass and piano in several jazz funk bands in Germany. In 1994 he worked as a writer, producer, bass player and keyboarder in Londons soul and acid jazz scene with people like Maysa Leak (Incognito) or The Brand New Heavies. With Yak Bondys band "Zero G", he conquered the british charts with a hip hop version of "Peter & the wolf" which was very much respected by the british media and sold gold in the UK. In the same year, he formed the electric jazz project "Gamut of Crime" and produced the Debut Album of the "Supreme chord Jesters" (Jazzpoetry, Soul, NuJazz). From 1996 on, Christoph continued to work as arranger, keyboarder and bass player for Randy Crawford, Mousse T., Mary J. Blige and nuyorican Soul Remix by Mousse T. entitled Runaway (Mousse T's Jazz Funk Experience) - Isermann was also writing classical music for symphony orchestras and film scoring. Apart from his jazz and Soul background, he was fascinated by electronic music and Bossa nova. So five years later he started the breakbeat/jazz collective "Brown, Smith & Grey". With that project he had many releases on 12" vinyl which were listed often in the German Club Charts and also released on compilations like Brazilectro, Hotel Costes, Brazilution, Destination Out, Nova Soul, Asia Lounge or Afrotronic. Many of these tracks were produced with brazilian singer Janice Andrade which were relased on more than 100 compilations in Japan, France, Spain, Germany and the US . Current Projects are Concorde a L..Orange myspace.com/concordealorange , Calcutta Offroad myspace.com/calcuttaoffroad, At the Moment Isermann produces the Debut-Album of brazilian singer Janice Andrade, the new album of fabulous brazilian Composer and Singer Yorio da Costa and the Debut of Sheila Brown feat.
