I'm a big football fan and I will love the Eagles till I die. I like to go out and have a good time with my friends. I also like to work on cars, whether it be performance modifications, or just light maintenance work.. I love it.. On that note, anybody who knows me knows why I love this video.. lol
Movies
All my friends know me as the guy who doesn't see movies.. but I have a few choice favorites... Top Gun, Ninja Turtles (gotta remember the childhood), Lethal Weapon 2, Liar Liar, Jurassic Park, Money Train, Terminator 2, Fight Club, Die Hard With Avengence, Spiderman 2, X-Men 2, Forrest Gump, Scary Movie, Titanic... Anything with car chases and explosions, count me in
Television
Family guy before it went off the air.. recently it's just been garbage
Books
I'm illiterate
Heroes
I don't do heroes... not human ones anyway.. I consider God my only hero
Hey what's up people.. A little bit about myself: My name is Chris. I would describe my personality as very individualistic in a way. You won't find too many of me walking down the street. I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing, lol.. but you can be the judge of that yourself if you know me. As far as interests, I find great joy in music. And on that note... don't be upset if you find that my playlist is better than yours, because mine just happens to be composed of the greatest music of all time... and is inevitably the truth. Sorry! I greatly enjoy debating as well, and just do it for fun. I also really like to work on cars. I enjoy performance modifications (making my car faster, more nimble, and run better in general) and regular light maintenance work. I also like to go out and have a good time with people. It doesn't really matter where I go... to me it's about the company.
I graduated from Kutztown University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology. Four years of all that work, and I'm not even going to be using it in my future, lol.. Life is funny like that, aint it? The biggest thing about me recently is my change of focus on my professional career:
Professionally, my life has completely gained a new focus. Instead of going back to school and getting a good job, I am now determined to generate income for myself. I am no longer satisfied working hard for a company who decides what they want to give me as a salary. I am no longer satisfied working hard for a company where I am easily replaceable by anyone with a college degree. I am no longer satisfied working hard every day to please my superiors, trying to get a raise, and trying not to get fired... in which case I would have to find somebody else to work for and face the same situation. Well, I found the perfect person to work for: Me. I just came to the realization that generating income independently is the only key to real job security and professional success. A couple questions that I asked myself:
Why should I limit myself to a salary that some company decides to give me, when my independent income potential is limitless?
Why should I work hard to increase profit for a company when I can work hard to increase my own profit?
Why should I continue to be in a situation where a company ultimately has control over whether or not I am able to pay my bills, and support my family?
I'm sorry, but that life ain't for me. It has been my cool co-workers and cool boss that have kept me sane through this whole post-college work experience. I am thankful for them, but I am also very thankful for all of my negative experiences. Maybe if I didn't have all the experiences I've had with my current company, I wouldn't have the mindset that I have now, and be so driven to make a better life for myself. Sometimes you just gotta get hungry, and go out and get the life that you want to live. In this journey, there will be no trying... only success. I am going to succeed in accomplishing my goals. It's just a matter of time. Stay tuned, and thanx 4 stopping by...
