Raised in Louisiana and Texas, he soaked up the deeply rooted styles spawned by such legends as Lightnin' Hopkins, Muddy Waters, and Albert King. Since moving to the Valley, Chuck has become a legend himself playing clubs and festivals of all sorts around AZ and the Southwest, as well as, touring Europe 15 times. Chuck is now joined by fellow musical veterans John Willis; bass (The Shake, Limbs Akimbo), and Ron James; drums (Limbs Akimbo, Giant Steps w/ Joel DiBartolo) to form the latest incarnation of the Chuck Hall Band playing countless originals along with unique, tight arrangements of blues-based standards to cook up a Texas stew sure to please and move all in listening range. .. ........Check out my new collage!......Get my collage.. or ..Create your own.... -

I teamed up with my old drummer and his buddy on bass and doing the engineering. Recorded OLD SCHOOL with 2" tape. After we were done with my songs we had a little tape left... so I did Key To The Highway" the only cover song on it.
