In these days, I firmly believe that we all need some peaceful music to unwind from the stress and pressure of everyday life. My new album, entitled "Colors of Tranquility" will help release that pressure, and will be a helpful experience for those that sit in rush hour traffic, as I have done in the past. I am very pleased to be back in the studio working on new music again.
The new music that I'm writing will be instrumental, giving the listener's mind a chance to create it's own imagery. "Colors of Tranquility" will contain seven songs, focused on the seven main Chakras. Each song is composed to a different frequency (translating into different musical pitches that help stimulate each Chakra). Listening and meditating to the music will help "tune" the body, mind, and soul to help cope with our stressful lifestyles. Working on the music has helped me to find more inner peace, and I am looking forward to sharing the feeling with everyone. Hey yourself Cuz: It has been a long time - since we were teens huh. I am well; long time married to a now retired Navy man, living near Virginia Beach. I have 2 great boys 23 and 10, one works for the PD and the other is in to baseball (travel team). Plus we recently added 2 bulldogs to the clan - I am crazy I know!
