   About Chucow Radio
The whole thing started with one idea, a crazy dream, planted in the heads of two young and naive Scanians by a cupcake and a freshly showered bubblegum.
For unknown reasons, they managed to fix an interview with a piece of liqourice, which lead to the radio show itself. There could not be an interview without a radio show. Nuh-uh.

Many bands have entered the world of gingersnaps and Julmust, and hopefully, many more will follow.

Static Rain is a 2 piece band from the beautiful Yorkshire town of Keighley. Band members Tony Garthwaite and Jacob Barlow formed the band in 2008, driven by a joint passion for both electronic music and retro synths. The music they produce can be described as electronic pop with catchy choruses and memorable riffs that are prominent in all of their songs, making them popular with a very wide audience.

Following their initial success on MySpace, Static Rain continues to build a solid fan base and a strong reputation as a live act. The band is currently looking for gigs from June 09 onwards throughout the whole of the UK.
