For the past year I've been drawing comics in the spaces i have between my professional work drawing illustrations, and last year decided to self-publish my first book, Mephistos, followed by a second volume this year. I'm not really looking to do this professionally especially because of my current creation method! I draw the comic when and if i can, and mostly just enjoy creating it in my own time. It's fun, and although it's a bit difficult to get it out in the shops, the good side is having to go out to conventions and meet the comics crowd and the different people who go- whether readers, writers, artists and so on. It's been a much bigger underground industry than I thought, and it's bloody brilliant.
Mephistos may be a little slow being released, but I'll be working on other projects as well, and hopefully printing when I have the resources ;) Keep tuned!
