July 27: Ajai Lall at Blue Ridge Church of Christ
August 10: Fighting Among Ourselves
Some churches are known simply for their inability to get along. Why do we fight each other so much in the church? It's one of the dumbest things we do.
August 17: Allowing Wolves to Live Among the Sheep
Discovery is a network of micro-church communities that are made up of real people who are interested in one thing: loving God, loving people, and serving the world.
Discovery's micro-churches meet in homes at various times during the week. We hope to start new churches, not just in homes, but in other places where life happens: coffee houses, bars, etc.
There are currently three micro-churches in our network:
COMING SOON: Discovery's fourth microchurch
Student Church in Staunton (starting August 2). More details to come!
On the first Sunday of each month, our network gets together as a large church to celebrate what God is doing in and through the churches in our network, and to cast the vision--to paint the picture of where God is leading us.
Check out the Information gydget for the times of our 2008 Network Celebrations.
