The Harrisonburg church celebrated Heath Lawrence's baptism on December 10. It was dark, and we had no spotlight, but if you look, you can see it happen!

The Teen church celebrated Hilary Berry's baptism on November 30!
Discovery is a network of micro-church communities that are made up of real people who are interested in one thing: loving God, loving people, and serving the world.
Discovery's micro-churches meet in homes at various times during the week. We hope to start new churches, not just in homes, but in other places where life happens: coffee houses, bars, etc.
There are currently four micro-churches in our network:
Teen Church
(Saturdays, 6:30 PM in various locations in Verona and Staunton)
The Grottoes Church
(Sundays, 10:30 AM at the Saufley's house)
The Verona Church (Sundays, 10:00 AM at the Stroop house)
The South Harrisonburg Church (Tuesdays, 6:30 PM at the Cribb's house)
Our Verona and Grottoes microchurches will soon merge and form a new microchurch in Weyers Cave. More details to come soon.
On the first Sunday of each month, our network gets together as a large church to celebrate what God is doing in and through the churches in our network, and to cast the vision--to paint the picture of where God is leading us.

Ray Murphy from Central India Christian Mission (CICM) will be hanging out with us at our March Network Celebration to tell us about CICM and about their work in Nepal.
New Leader Recognition Bash!
March 5 at 6:00 PM
Bring a Mexican dish and something to drink (we've got the paper goods).
On March 5, we'll hang out as a family to officially recognize our new leaders--Greg Stroop and James Harvey (our new elders) and Reber Cribb (DCC's new evangelist). We'll hang out, celebrate, pray, eat some Mexican food, and hear from our new leadership team.
