Ok, so I read, because I am a dork...I dabble with photography, but I am completely ameture, and if I can get my stuff together, I will be taking classes eventually. I love music, I love to sing, did I mention I am a dork? I am very active in my church, and I do alot of volunteering. I hang with my kids mostly, I dont have time for much else.

Wow, my music tastes is extremely irratic. No one particular genre, Gospel, Rock, Rap, R & B, Jazz, Ska, Emo, Country, Classical, Classic Rock, Pop...I like almost everything, and have been known to break into song at any given moment. I believe whole heartedly that we should get off our asses and support local music. As we should support anyone who is doing what they love.
Some examples...The Badlees and Greenday would be my favs. Reel Big Fish, The Beatles, Cake, Korn, Alanis Morisette (yes, my spelling sucks, and will continue to do so until Tom makes a myspace spellchecker)the Bee Gees, shut up, they rock, Blues Traveler, Metallica, Meatloaf, Manheim Steamroller, Dolly Parton, Regina Spektor, Pink, Norah Jones, Dashboard Confessional...um ...um...thinking.... Gwen Stefani, Elvis, REM, Dead Milkmen, Bloodhound Gang, Bonnie Raitt, Johnny Cash, Nat King Cole, Charlie Daniels, Limp Bizkit, Eminem, James Brown, Taylor Hicks, Allison Kraus, Billy Joel, Jimmy Buffet, and uh....hell, um, 3 Doors Down, and I am sure I forgot a bunch, but tough shit, my brain is over loaded.
Movies
First of all, Labyrinth rocks! My second fav movie is Across The Universe...can't get enough of it. I am a HUGE Harry Potter dork. (The books are better tho.) I like movies of all genre's. B-horror flicks being on the top of my list. Other favorites are Forrest Gump, The Color Purple, The World According To Garp...I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE the Tyler Perry, Madea movies. I am a big dork for sports movies, like The Replacements, Rudy, Remember the Titans, etc. I like stupid comedies, Joe Dirt for example. Anastasia is a favorite. And I don't know what genre it would be considered, but I like the male bonding type of flicks...kind of like the opposite of chick flicks...Pursuit of Happiness, Reign Over Me, Rain Man, etc. Also, I highly recomend For the Bible Tells Me So. FABULOUS documentary!!!!!
Television
I don't get to watch much tv. But I admit, I'm all about the crime shows. CSI, Law and Order. I also like House, and Scrubs.
Books
I love books! My favorite book has been Bridge to Terabithia ever since I had to read it in Junior High. I read alot, and go through books quickly. I also collect them, but we wont go into how many I have, lol. I read just about anything I can get my hands on, and often finish a book, then start it over. Sometimes I read several books at once. I absolutely LOVE the Harry Potter books, yeah, I'm a dork like that. Any time you want to have a round of Harry Potter trivia, give me a call, lol. I like the kind of books that make you think, as well as the silly no thought provoking kind. Pretty much, If it comes into my posession, I will read it.
Heroes

My mom, for reasons which there is not enough space in this box to list. I love you Hagatha. My Aunt Barb, may she rest in peace, for keeping my head in the clouds and my feet planted on the ground, all at the same time. My brother's...Bob, for showing me it's never too late to start over...Jim for showing me its never too late to do what you love, and Duane, for showing me that the world can end, but eventually it begins again. My daughters Jordyn and Taryn, for not letting me be too grown up all the time, and making me laugh till I cry on a daily basis. Derrick, for being my nephew, son, brother, friend, my protector, my sanity, and my fashion advisor. In fact, my heroes are all my friends and family. I have been blessed with such amazing people. And of course God, for he is the reason I have the people in my life that I do. Each one of them is a blessing.
I am a prism of personality...ok, so that was just my sugar coated way of saying I have multiple personalities, lol.
I am a mother, a daughter, a sister, a cousin, an aunt, a neice, a friend. I am a shutterbug, a lover and sometimes participant of music, a writer, a thinker, a dreamer, a volunteer, a listener, and one hell of a talker.
I have many bad qualities, as well as good ones. I can be loud, sarcastic, bitchy, flighty, moody and crude. But I am also kindhearted, open minded, friendly, honest, blunt (yes, I consider this a good quality,) imaginative, witty and intellegent.
I tend to wear my emotions on the outside, where they are easily visible, while at the same time, I don't easily explain them. Or volunteer what they are, or why there are there. (Don't worry, I didn't expect that to make sense.)
I can be completely immature and dorky, and dare I say it, down right insane. But fortunately for me, I also know when it is time to be a grown up and behave responsibly. I am one of those people who can go out and party like the world is ending tomorrow, or I am just as content to sit home with the kids and watch cheesey Disney Pixar movies.
If you judge me by my MySpace, you aren't getting the whole picture. But that's okay. There are a million ingredients that make this cocktail that is me, I'm still learning myself, how can I expect you to get me? This is the internet people. And I reserve the right to hold back my whole self.
Some of my opinions? I know you didn't ask, but I shall list them anyway. Children are the worlds most precious commodity. We are their teachers, their role models and their protectors. People tend to forget that, and push them to the side, instead of helping them be our future.
Animals get the raw end of the deal. They love us unconditionally, listen to us cry, share in our joy, yet are often unloved, ignored, mistreated and abandoned.
I love God, and my church, and for those who want to laugh or scorn, go right ahead. If He can forgive you, then who am I not to?
Volunteer!!! I don't care if it is for only one hour a month. Nothing will give you more satisfaction than doing something good for others without monetary reimbursment, just simply because you can.
Chocolate is the perfect food. Shoes were put here to make me happy. Mr. Bean can not possibly be from the same species as the rest of humanity.

Hmmm, who would I like to meet? This is an interesting question as I feel people are put into your life for a reason. Some are just there temporarily, some you never get to really know, and some become your world. I am always up for making new friends. So as long as the drama is kept to a strict minimum, say hi. Now, can we make a list of people I would like to "Un-Meet"?
Now for the disclaimer. I am a lesbian. This means I date women. This does NOT translate to, easy, kinky, up for anything. I am not interested in hearing from men who want a threesome, or women who want to give their man a surprise with one. And as a matter of fact, you AREN'T the guy who's gonna convert me, and and if you ARE the girl who has never been with a woman and needs help, I'm NOT the person you should be bothering.
