C.I.A. (of United States of Africa) is a new production label of Reggae,
Ragga and Hip Hop music. Artists from these genres acting in Africa and
notably in Cote d'Ivoire are faced with genuine production and promotion
difficulties. These new very talented artists are thus marginalized by the
current music industry, while they could perform and represent their nation
on the international stage. CIAfrica also aims at promoting them through
audio-visual productions. After having produced numerous CDs and DVDs on an
exclusively promotional basis, C.I.A. is launching a first album on the
Ivorian market: Cri de l'Afrik, solo album of artist Barboza. CIAfrica is
partnering with the French association MULTICOLOR which is in charge of
promoting these artists and their work in Europe and together with AFRIC'ART
TV for the distribution of the productions in Cote d'Ivoire. AFRIC'ART TV (
africart-tv.com) is a thematic television broadcasted on the internet. It
positions itself as a solution for the visible minorities. It aims at
promoting the African artistic and cultural values throughout the world.
MULTICOLOR is a French established association seeking to develop and
promote artistic projects from the Southern countries.
C.I.A. (des états d'Afrique Unis) est un nouveau label de production musicale type Reggae , Ragga et Hip Hop. Les artistes issus de ces scènes , évoluant en Afrique notamment en Côte d'Ivoire , rencontrent de véritables problèmes de production et de promotion. Ces nouveaux artistes très talentueux se retrouvent donc marginalisés par le système de production actuel , alors qu'ils pourraient s'illustrer et représenter leur pays sur la scène internationale.
CIAfrica se donne pour objectif de promouvoir ces artistes par le biais de productions audiovisuelles.

Sur son dernier opus « I love you », Mathieu Boogaerts a misé sur la simplicité, l’essentiel en réduisant la voilure sonore : basse, batterie, guitare et synthé, basta. Une nouvelle route s’offre à lui : « Aujourd’hui, je n’ai pas envie qu’on me dise que la musique de I love You est belle, mais qu’elle est sexy ». Cousinage avec l’electro-rock pour certains morceaux ou encore funk-rock mutant né dans les ruines du punk, Mathieu Boogaerts se fait plaisir et nous fait plaisir !
