Public green spaces are many, and our streets serve as much more than transportation corridors--they are also community-oriented social spaces, where people of all ages can safely bike, walk, play, and socialize with their neighbors.

Not everything about this city would have been environmentally-friendly. It was going to be built over a swamp, Thus, the water would have been continually pumped out as I believe is the case at Florida's Magic Kingdom. Disney also planned to build an airport nearby, and we've seen the massive growth that Disney World has caused in Orlando.
Still, Walt Disney was looking into implementing solar energyand composting for this city (not mentioned in this film).
