If you learn anything at all from having known me over the course of our lives, let it be this: Being 'reliable' and 'dependable' are qualities that our society deems necessary to be a good person and a good worker, but know that being dependable and reliable breeds predictability. Predictability, as most of us know, brings boredom to some and opportunity to others. It's bad to be thought of as boring and none of us wants to be taken advantage of by other people. Every once in a while, make them squirm and keep them guessing by switching things up a bit. Break the routine: Come in late to work... come in early... get gas before the tank is half way down, let it go till the idiot light turns on... let that beard grow or shave it all off, hell shave your whole body if you feel like it... go ahead and drink to excess or don't drink at all... kiss a stranger... don't always order the same thing at your favorite restaurant or start trying new places... don't buy one of those huge gas guzzeling trucks just because you have kid, and don't buy the typical econobox just because it gets good gas mileage... Show them your not afraid to buck the system and be seen! Give it your all and give them nothing! Do something that makes you feel alive everyday and predictability will be a thing of the past!!
