Cincypunk Fest 9 is coming to The Southgate on Friday, April 9 and Saturday, April 10 2010. Stay tuned for more information...
Starting with Cincypunk Fest 3 in January 2003, the charity music festival has raised $23,775 for local charities, including the Animal Adoption Foundation, Women's Crisis Center of Northern Kentucky, Lighthouse Youth Services (Teen runaway program), Mental Health Association of Northern Kentucky and Southwest Ohio, YMCA's Camp Ernst inner-city scholarship program, and for a sick local musician who needed help paying his medical bills.
A huge thanks to all the bands, volunteers, and supporters. The musicians, bands, and fans deserve all the credit for the event's success.
Also, the web-site Cincypunk.org was relaunched on Dec. 15, 2007.... The site features, news, photos, reviews, articles (etc) and is a vital link to the Cincinnati music scene. Check it out and don't forget to visit the message board.
If you are interested in volunteering your time, talent, and sexy ass to Cincypunk.org then contact us ASAP.
Cincypunk.org has been a staple in the Cincinnati, OH independent music scene since January 2002.
In that time we have reviewed, interviewed, and covered the fuck out of the punk / indie / metal / and rock and roll community.
Support local music and visit www.Cincypunk.org today.
Or contribute some $$$ to help keep www.Cincypunk.org running.
