The Cinderella Boy, born in winter 2005, were originally composed by Christopher Crotti the voice and Marco Manessi drums. The two laid the foundations of a Punk band, which was then enriched with the 'entrance of bassist Diego Iovino and later, the guitarist Davide Ozzarini.
The group thus formed was immediately agree on the need to find a name for the band, which expresses the dreams and the strength of will of its constituents. The choice has fallen on Cinderella Boy (boy-poor) to emphasize the fact that so like the tales of scullion worked hard and endured the humiliation of his pending grand ball, so the members of the band were determined to endure the hardships associated with the need to find space for tests between school and work, not waiting for a great ball but a big stage, won with commitment and passion of music.
Having overcome the first difficulty, given the completely different musical experiences lived by each of the four components, were forced to find a genre in itself that racchiudesse the full expressive capabilities of each. Stimulated by this research, still ongoing, the band in 'arc of the years has managed to find the key to fit into the layout of their songs.
In summer the four musicians play on stages of many local dell'hinterland Brescia, taking also the animation of various parties.

Influenced by the most important American punk-rock like Blink 182, Sum 41 and Fall Out Boy developed a style and a groove typically linked to the drummer who most fascinated him in his musical growth: Travis Barker.
Diego Iovino: bassist
At the age of 16 years began his experience as a bassist, influenced by leaders of music heavy metal and progressive metal like Metallica and Rage Against The Machine.
Develops a very particular style based on the drawing of parts very melodic music, not just rhythm and accompaniment.
Davide Ozzarini: guitarist and second voice
He began his musical studies at the age of 15 years.
Collaborate with groups of friends of the district succeeded in some small limestone box into the premises and the school holidays.
Grew up with listening to Led Zeppelin, Extreme and Guns n' Roses; he is the soul of rock group.

I Cinderella Boy, nati nell’ inverno 2005, erano originariamente composti da Cristopher Crotti alla voce e Marco Manessi alla batteria. I due gettavano le basi Punk di una band, che si sarebbe poi arricchita con l’ entrata del bassista Diego Iovino e in seguito, del chitarrista Davide Ozzarini.
Il gruppo così formato fu subito d’accordo sulla necessità di trovare un nome per la band, che esprimesse i sogni e la forza di volontà dei suoi componenti.
La scelta è caduta su Cinderella Boy (ragazzo-cenerentola) a sottolineare il fatto che così come la sguattera delle favole lavorò con impegno e sopportò le umiliazioni in attesa del suo grande ballo, così i componenti della band erano decisi a sopportare le fatiche legate alla necessità di trovare spazio per le prove tra la scuola ed il lavoro, in attesa non di un grande ballo ma di un grande palco, conquistato con impegno e passione musicale.
Superate le prime difficoltà, viste le esperienze musicali completamente differenti vissute da ognuno dei quattro componenti, si trovarono costretti a ricercare un genere che racchiudesse in sé le piene capacità espressive di ognuno.
Stimolati da questa ricerca, tutt’ora in corso, la band nell’arco degli anni è riuscita a trovare la chiave adatta alla stesura dei propri brani.
Nei periodi estivi i quattro musicisti hanno suonano sui palchi di numerosi locali dell’hinterland bresciano, prendendo parte anche all’animazione di svariate feste.
Con l’incisione in uno studio di registrazione autonomo del primo demo, il gruppo ha riscontrato l’approvazione della casa discografica GNE Records, che dopo aver concessogli il marchio della propria etichetta anche se senza la stipulazione di alcun contratto tra le due parti, ha permesso loro di migliorare le proprie capacità in una sala di registrazione all’avanguardia, di sperimentare l’esperienza della diretta radio e di realizzare una serie di set fotografici.
I brani dei Cinderella Boy sono stati distribuiti e resi disponibili in formato digitale presso portali informatici quali iTunes, Nokia Music Store, 7Digital, Amazon, Deezer, Emusic, Napster, We7; inoltre è possibile visionare presso il sito di broadcast Youtube.com due video realizzati in maniera professionale, sotto l’egida della GNE Records, dei loro brani “Così ho fatto anch’io” e “L’equilibrio”.
