I get great satisfaction from training my clients and helping them feel better about themselves
I enjoy reading motivational/inspiring books, writing, traveling to new places, spending time with my kids, getting together with my good friends over a glass of wine, and doing just about anything with my honey.
One of my newer hobbies is learning to play guitar and sing songs I've written (at the same time...that's the challenge for me...lol!)

"Ultra Marathon Man" is incredibly motivating for runners!
I've also had a livestyle change after reading "Skinny Bitch", which opened my eyes to the slaughtering of animals
