Interests

General
teaching my classes at the gym...kickboxing, Powersculpt, spin and any cardio classes. I love to be challenged!! I get great satisfaction from training my clients and helping them feel better about themselves I enjoy reading motivational/inspiring books, writing, traveling to new places, spending time with my kids, getting together with my good friends over a glass of wine, and doing just about anything with my honey. I like most Pop Rock, top 40's, popular dance music... If I'm in a mellow mood...I love Nora Jones, Sarah McLachlan, Alanis Morissette, Sting, Enya Love the 80's music, some country...Shania Twain, Faith Hill... anything except rap and heavy metal... And of course...most music by NAKED COWBOY (except those old songs he wrote about other girsl...LOL!!)
Movies
City of Angels (My Favorite), Cinderella Man, Notebook, Pay it Foward (awesome), Million Dollar Baby, Under the Tuscan Sun, Sweet Home Alabama (cute), Ghost, Titanic As for thought-provoking movies..."What the Bleep do we Know?" Definitely need to watch it a few times! as a kid, I saw Grease about 13 times

I very rarely watch any unless it's a DVD, so I don't even know what's on, but I do like House, CSI, Law and Order, and AFV
Books
I've been inspired by books from Wayne Dyer,Deepok Chopra,and Anthony Robbins, Joel Olsteen, T. Harv.Eckert... "Ultra Marathon Man" is incredibly motivating for runners! I've also had a livestyle change after reading "Skinny Bitch", which opened my eyes to the slaughtering of animals
