I usually read when I have insomnia because it inevitably puts me to sleep! I do enjoy books that explore various aspects of spiritual growth. I've now been shamed into reading the daily newspaper...they gave me a deal I couldn't refuse and I feel guilty if they start piling up. So I usually have a once a week sitting and reading of the week's deliveries!

Lead singer for various music projects both live and in the studio and Mobile DJ by night. I work with a few select clients as a real estate broker. And am now a licensed Massage Therapist. I'm training to teach a female kickbox fitness class! Soon will be opening a Healing/Fitness Center offering Massage, Yoga, Kickboxing, and Various dance classes.
