Music, music & more music! More than anything, I love getting with friends and other musicians to sing and play music.
Music
Blues, classic rock, classical, Reggae. When I perform or play with friends, I love to do songs by Carlene Carter, Dolly Parton, Roseanne Cash, Rodney Crowell, Nicolette Larsen, Lucinda Williams, etc. or my originals.
Movies
The Sound of Music, West Side Story, Oklahoma, Chicago, The Bourne movies; almost any kind of musical or live music theatre or good science fiction. I also really, really like Russell Crowe in ANYTHING.
Television
I don't watch it except for the History Channel or the earliest Andy Griffith Shows-I especially love those with the Darling Family-aka-the Dillards.
Books
History, especially Civil War books; Astronomy/Astrophysics; the Harvard Dictionary of Music
Heroes
Firemen because what they do is so dangerous and they don't get the recognition they deserve!
