I maintain a web site for Low Carb Dieters with email support and a lot of helpful information for those on the atkins diet. You can see my weightloss testimony in pictures as I dropped a dress size every three weeeks from May 2000 to Februrary 2001. I went from 230 pounds to 138 and kept it off until a back injury in 2004. I now am trying to lose the weight I gained over the last two years of multilple back surgeries. I want to lose 25-30 pounds and get back into size 10 again!
You can read about my weightloss journey and hopefully it will help someome with theirs.

I left early Saturday Morning to go to KC MO and I was I was coming down a mountain when i went off the side of the road enough to hear the bumpy warning noise. I was talking to my daughter on my headset at the time and I over corrected myself. Finding myselfing in oncoming traffic I again overcorrected almost over to point of going over very the mountain I first tried to avoivd. I deciced to cut across traffic to a flat grassy area to to stop the madness and and slow the jeep down enough to stop it when I hit a ditch or something that rolled me end over end sideways and I landed on my wheels with the car still running. When It came to a stop I heard some one say "man aint nobody walking out of that alive, so I tought I was dead.
I WALKED AWAY WITHOUT A SCRATCH OR A DROP OF BLOOD SPILLED! Just a couple teeth loose!
God still has something for me to do!

I am retired RN, due to a back injury a couple years ago. I moved to Meeker to recuperate last year and I love it here.

I have 3 children and 2 grandsons from my daughter Nikki and her husband, Kyle. You can see many pictures of the boys on her site by clicking on her site below. She is my top friend! I got to spend ten whole days with my grandbabies this month and my daughter was right; I did go through Colton and Connor withdrawals when I left! *sniff* I miss you boys!

Sorry that I didn't answer back in forever. How have you been? I'm still cheering for da 'Boys, praying that Jessica Simpson will get fat and ugly and leave Mr. Romo alone and hoping that Bum's kid will find another coaching job at some high school somewhere outside of Texas. I see you are still wearing Red and it looks just as good on you as before. If you ever want to come over fulltime to Cowboy Nation, we'd love it and then you could also wear blue.
