About me:

Thanks to everyone who helped make CINECITY 2007 such a success!

The CINECITY Film Festival returned for its 5th edition from the 15th November to 2nd December, 2007. Presented in partnership with the Duke of York's Picturehouse and the University of Brighton, CINECITY 2007 featured a global mix of UK premieres and previews, treasures from the archives plus the latest digital adventures and artists' moving images.

CINECITY screened right across Brighton & Hove in all the city's cinemas and a host of other locations. In 2007 we also launched a new screen in the centre of the city, at the Sallis Benney Theatre at the University of Brighton.

Who I'd like to meet:
Filmmakers, film fans and anyone who would like to seek refuge from the cold months of November and December in one of the warm cinemas screening this year's CINECITY.

The event will take place in Varese (Italy) from the 10th to the 14th March, 2009. Film Entry Deadline: 15 December 2008 Short must not have been shot before January 1, 2008. In order to participate to the festival, film should match the following requirements> -last up to 15 minutes -not be or contain advertising messages -not be or contain promotional videos or videoclips -be in italian or with italian subtitles.
