This Atlanta-based Quartet blends visually evocative lyrics in order to create soundscapes for your ears. The members of Cinetrope are interested in exploring the fringes of modern music with a retro compass. The music is best described as catchy tunes that you hear at the end of a movie. Hence the name Cinetrope, translating to "film music". Each song is filled with an array of colorful tones, swirling rhythms, and strange smells not to be soon forgotten.
**"This Strange Romance" is available at Criminal Records, ISP and CDBaby.**

I liked the new song you played the other night, what's it called? Sorry I didn't get to chat with any of you at the show, but the long sets and slow songs did me and my friends in. Btw, it was ridiculously awsome that Darren walked outside the Kavarna while still playing bass, and drank a beer!

The Wormhole is a new music venue in Savannah, Georgia. We're a friendly, open minded music club offering a stage to local and touring acts. We plan to host shows spanning a variety of genres loosely tied under the "alternative" heading. We are also not limiting ourselves to music, and encourage performers in theater, comedy, and art to also inquire about booking at the Wormhole.

I was riding MARTA the other day and a homeless man came up to me and asked me for money by holding a small cardboard sign out. The sign read something like, "Can't talk. Money?"
I kind of shook my head and put my earphones tighter into my ears. He pulled out a bunch of chicken bones from his pocket and tossed them into my lap.
