Cineversity's parent is: Pi-Qui Baltink from the city of Groningen, the Netherlands.
Everybody can send in work to Cineversity.tv. At this moment still, every admission is authorized by either Pi-Qui or someone of the CTV crew. The sensation for them is to make television/radio that will create a new movement showing the best things of humanity in art, dance, and the good things of life.
In due time, viewers or people who contribute to CTV in countries all over the world can function as a beacon for CTV. They can submit art and music through ctvnetworks, a new CMS (content management system) we are working on (then, people who do not know much about internet still can submit work without too much difficulty).

Cineversity TV: A place for artists to share their work.
April 27 th, 2005, Cineversity Television went officially online, with several bands, a handful of artists and a just few animators who were the first to show their work at CTV. By now, CTV has just exceeded 9.3 million hits, more than 600 visitors a day, and over 650 artists, musicians and animators have submitted work to the site!

Cineversity Television is the platform for alternative music, films, 3D-animations, documentaries and art/design-movies, world wide. As it is, you can listen to, and watch work of artists from Poland, France, Hungary, the USA, England, The Netherlands, Brazil and more.
It is important to note that Cineversity TV is run completely by volunteers. None of the workers are paid for their work. There has been no external funding, up until now.
Pi-Qui (to be pronounced as Pee-Wee) was fed up with the stupidity of television as it is now. The programs, advertising, telsell.... The problem with old television is that news is created based on concepts like destruction, violence, war and greed. He wants to change this!!!!!
This led to the idea to create our own internet TV-network, with music, video, CG animation, stop-motion, concerts, poets, live video, danceparties, anything as long as it's original, as long as it has Soul.
You are welcome to submit your work. Be sure to send in a biography, some pictures and of course your work. Some indications:
- If you deliver in Quicktime you can use the standard settings for Quicktime for the web (DSL,LAN)
- If you deliver in Windows Media Format(WMV/A) you have to use Windows media Format 9.1
- Music can be delivered in MP3
- Video can be delivered in a max. resolution of 512/416 in PAL
- Maximum filesize of the attachment through email is 20 Mb
