Cinevolve Studios, based in Los Angeles, CA, was formed in 2007 by a collective of independent filmmakers and entertainment industry professionals with a common goal: Fill that niche in the market as the truly filmmaker-friendly distributor and offer compelling, critically-acclaimed and entertaining feature films and documentaries to the public.
MISSION
Cinevolve Studios was formed as a full-service distribution model, encompassing Theatrical, Home Entertainment, Foreign Sales and TV Sales. Cinevolve’s distribution titles are a blend of independent feature films and documentaries.
As a company that is comprised of numerous filmmakers (and film-lovers), Cinevolve’s mission is to create an environment that enables our films and filmmakers to flourish. Filmmaker-friendly is more than just an expression with us, it’s how we run our business.
Independent filmmakers know the perils of distribution and Cinevolve seeks to remove many of the hurdles and unknowns of this landscape. Filmmakers working with Cinevolve are encouraged to be as involved as they want to be with their film’s release and are given ample information, facts and figures so that no one is in the dark. As filmmakers ourselves, we know the headaches, hassles and confusion that filmmaker face and we strip away the dark curtain separating the filmmakers from the release process.
Cinevolve’s distribution involves theatrical releases in theatres across the nation, distribution of DVDs into major retailers and wholesalers in the U.S. and Canada, sales to foreign territories and sales to domestic Television.
