The Good Shepherd’s Circus Pie Classic is a raucous rock’n’roll cook off for charity, raising funds for Melbourne’s Good Shepherd Youth & Family Services.
The ‘Classic’ takes Melbourne musicians out of their comfort zone and puts them into the hot seat, as two teams “cook off” each other working to the theme of a secret ingredient. The main stage at the Corner transforms into a live cooking stadium as the competition unfolds, whilst a vigorous house band urges the chefs along. Auspicious judges, vivacious MCs, food cam, a few more bands, a DJ to boot, it’s a melting pot of musical chaos, all in the name of a good cause.
