Ciroza is a speed-thrash metal band from Montana, Bulgaria. It was formed
in the begining of the year 2002, by Valeri Gerov (vocals/guitars), Boiko
Yordanov and Petar Svetlinov (drums). Due to financial problems the band
became inactive for several months. After that Boiko left the band and
Tsvetan "kaskata" Tsvetkov joined it, playing the bass guitar. Ciroza's first
show was in 2003 when they performed on the stage of the "Rock by the
river" fest in Mezdra, Bulgaria. In the begining of 2004 they recorded their
first demo album called "Hard Life". The band has had a number of concerts,
but soon after the "Drianovo Metal Fairkill ..04" fest in Drianovo (Bulgaria),
Petar leaves the band, replaced by Dobri. After a few concerts Dobri leaves
and Petar returns again. In the summer of 2006 Ciroza recorded their second
demo album called "Don't try to hide". Now the musicians are working on
their new songs which will soon be recorded...
