Cish Cash started off in 2007 as a concept of 2 twenty year old kids from Ghent to try and freshen up the musical breath of Gent with the electrowhatever sound that was obviously missing in Belgium. Big bottomed Baltimore, trashy Baile Funk, Miami Bass and Techno were keywords.
Starting of small at the renowned club Suite 16 (below the famous Soulwax-studio) they had some early hits with guests like Casper C (Fluokids) and OneManParty (Soulwaxdrummer) and many more. Cish Cash quickly drew Culture Club’s attention and in the spring of 2008 the 2 kids decided to move to the well-known Culture Club for its better sound and rep. Inviting guests like Daniel Haaksman (Man Rec.) and Jean Nipon (Institubes) proved to work out great. The buzz was spreading.
After a few editions, the most beautiful and freshest underground club in town noticed the growth and the third location of Cish Cash was found: Make Up Club. Ready to start a new season of bi-monthly musical innovation! A lot has changed for those 2 kids but the Cish Cash formula never did: Resident DJ’s/host ULTRAvid invite people who, they believe, are making a big impression on contemporary electronic music.

This disc is composed by 3 original tracks (Alpha River, Expedition To Another Galaxy, & Plexiglas Dream), more two remixes of « Plexiglas Dream » by Dilemn (already signed on Boxon, Boys Noize, & Turbo) and by Farace (young composer from Florida, recently in the top of the « Breaks » charts).
