Five accomplished musicians got together in 2007 and decided to stop following the industry mores and start following their own. Cities and Thrones is the hope, born by five musicians from shared experience, that unbridled creativity offers more meaningful fun for both the creator and the listener. It is what they see, hear and believe about God, people and the world. After years of hearing industry people imply that music from Little Rock, AR should sound like that from Chicago, NY or LA to be successful, they finally threw off the provincial yoke. What came out was something they have always longed for, music they are proud of and a hope that somewhere it can inspire someone.
Are you guys really from Arkansas? Yes we are. WOO PIG SOOOIE!!!
What do you do when you're not touring? Hopefully we would be recording but sometimes we're a bit lazy. So, there is a good chance you might find us playing video games and being lazy.
Where did you get your name from? It's part of a poem title. You like?
Do you really have two frontmen? Yep, weird huh? CAT writes some songs for Presto's voice and some for Ben's. We love having two singers. What do you think?
Is your van nice? No it smells. Never go on it. If one of us invites you, you're being tricked!!!!
Why are you a band? We have a song called "Selah", the lyrics to the chorus are: "The world will end but love and music will endure." We love people and we love music. We want to play music and meet people. We would love to meet you someday.
When you come play in my town, can I take you out to eat mexican food? Yes, we would love to.
Do you guys want to sleep on my floor? That depends, what is your spooning policy?
