City Collective is a Minneapolis R&B/Funk/Rock/Jam group featuring the rhythm section of Root City (Chris Larson-Bass/Vocals, Cory Blanchard-Keys/Vocals, Patrick Nelson-Drums/Vocals), 8 Switch Assembly's Jesse Larson (Guitar/Vocals) and Max Felsheim (Sax/Vocals), and the one-of-a-kind 'Heatbox' (Vocal Percussion/Vocals).
This group is picking up where Root City left off at Gluek's Bar & Restaurant, and many other Twin Cities area venues. You can expect a slightly new sound combined with the same high energy shows that have defined Wednesday nights at Gluek's for over three years.

Hey, you guys should look into playing at The Orpheum in Duluth. It's a new place in the old Norshor Theater. They're looking for bands with a big crowd.
