We are City Of God, a dark electronic dance band based in Buffalo, NY. All our band members have at least some training - Todd is pursuing a BA in music with a track in music and technology at SUNY Buffalo, and has full classical training in music theory sufficient to receive a BA, nine years classical training on trumpet, two years classical training on euphonium, as well as minimal classical training on trombone, piano, and voice. He is formally trained in production, engineering, and recording technology, as well as radio production. qwak has five years classical training on trumpet, as well as self-training in music theory, piano, production, and engineering. Melanie is commercially and self-trained on voice, and has minimal commercial training on guitar.
WHAT: Nyckel City presents its First BUFFALO MUSIC XPERIENCE. Come see a variety of Buffalo musicians as they perform at the Town Ballroom on Main Street. This concert is the first in a series in which we want to diversify and encourage the Buffalo music scene. Spanning different genres of music we are striving to bring a collaboration between Buffalo musicians and Buffalo music audiences.
