"City Sirens has a business plan. And it's not something they paid some management company to prepare. They put it together themselves." Graham Rockingham, The Hamilton Spectator 08/01/09
City Sirens continue to hit the Canadian music industry with their new rock sound. The band released their full length album “In A Trance” to a sold out crowd, into stores across Canada and onto i tunes in January 09. The success of the release has since inspired the band to independently tour across Canada.
The band has since had the pleasure of opening for 54 40, Sloan, Shiloh, USS, Social Code, Silverstein, The Johnstones, Dean Lickyer as well as appearances at Canadian Music Week 2009, Hamilton Music Awards, Burlington’s Sound of Music Festival, St Catharine’s SCENE music festival, Peterborough’s Festival of Lights & many more.
Their self produced record “In A Trance” approaches its 1 year anniversary this January. With big plans for the band’s 2010 release the band is now performing and touring more than ever.
