City Squirrel Studio was completed in the spring of 2009. The studio features a live tracking room, an isolation vocal booth and a control room. Tracking is done via ProTools, with up to 16 channels of high quality digital conversion, with more 'in the box' PT tracks available beyond that. City Squirrel Studio was professionally designed and wired by David Emmert of WavEndeavor Digital Audio Services in Seattle using all Mogami cabling and Neutrik connectors. The studio has a wide variety of large & small diaphragm condensor, ribbon & dynamic microphones, as well as solid state and tube outboard preamps for many different sonic possibilities. Possibly the most unique quality of the studio is it's collection of instruments. A Hammond w/ Leslie, harpsichord, a Fender Rhodes, two pianos (a spinet & a Yamaha grand), drums & percussion, an accordian and acoustic & electric guitars are all available.
Thanks for thinking about us. We still want to move out to Oregon. It wouldn't be an easy move for us, but it's still on our minds. Every time we see a movie filmed around Washington/Oregon we get the ole' angry face.
let me know when your new album is ready. my legal situation is totally resolved. regardless, i still think about taking a short vacation up to portland.
I LOVE your music....saw you awhile back at Riverview Artspace in Lynchburg, VA. Glad to see you're still playing live...and on the other side of the country now! Best of luck to you in the future!
Wishing a very Happy Saturnalia to you, your neighbours, your neighbours' frogs, any elephants that happen to visiting the frogs, and most importantly anyone who owes you $5. Saturnalia, after all, is the time for giving gifts of silver.
"Though plastic-covered aluminium discs could count as well I suppose," he said hintingly... "And a fire truck, and hula-hoop, and electric train set..."<br><br>
