About me: The first ever city wide London talent search begins in early 2008. A talent show with an extraordinary difference; the show cannot proceed until there is at least 1 applicant from each of the 33 London Boroughs.
After auditioning the performers are required to give a short speech (1 minute) on why they love living in the borough in which they live in.
To win this show, you have to have more than just talent, you have to be a Londoner at heart and Love the city.
The goal: To discover ‘London’s most talented singer' and 'London’s most talented Borough’.
The Competition aims to regenerate London and to get Londoners to come out of their homes and into some of London’s finest venues and theatres (for free). Discovering phenomenal talent, regenerating communities, the Capital city, the people and its boroughs; the aim is to boost travel and tourism in London, by reminding people about why London is such a great city to live in and what amazing talent resides within its 33 individual and spectacular little villages.
