Civilian Down ! (formally Miss Conduct) formed in mid 2004. Tony Breese and Tony Wilson began to write original material and collaborated with the rest of the band Stefan Dalley and Shaun Dent. Together they created a set of unique songs.
After Various success's as 'Miss Conduct' the name change was a new beginning for the band.
In 2007 under the new name 'Civilian Down!' we recorded a single "Boys in Blue" which has been released in NZ and on Californian Compilation "Kill City Volume 10"
The video clips for "Boys in Blue" and "Enemies Closer" were filmed by promising new director Simon Clentworth.
