SONGS!!!
okay... so at the moment, we're in the process of writing a whole bunch of new songs. We've recently written the song, "Sane Vacation".. which is an up tempo, punky Dropped D song, kinda Sum 41 esque.. minus the rapping. We've also got a new song on the horizon.. which is proving to be one of the best we've written so far. Its a longer, more drawn out one... quiet verse, big chorus, foo fighters style, but has the sound of something like a Getaway Plan song. So alongside this, speros and neilson have got guitar riffs and lyrics flowing out from everywhere possible... so stay tuned for a tonne of new tracks from the stain sometime soon!
BIO
Civil Stain is a fresh rock and roll band from the north eastern suburbs of Melbourne, and the lads call everywhere home from Hursty to Box Hill. The boys hail from Whitefriars College, Donvale where they go to school together and can be found pracing away or discussing music most lunch times of the week. In the past three years multiple music projects have been formed by the four members however only in the last year has the band “CIVIL STAIN” really come together.
Combining a love for classic and alternative rock, as well as some more underground stuff, Civil Stain has become a name to remember in the local scene. Recent gigs at fetes and battle of the bands has given the band some killer outlets to display its catchy and original tunes to the general public and since the beginning of 2008 Civil Stains reputation has grown quickly.
Awesome onstage chemistry mixed with harmonious vocals and catchy guitar riffs make a Civil Stain show one that you won’t quickly forget. They’re a little bit punk, a whole lot of rock and extremely rad. The Band is Civil Stain and if you think rock is dead, think again!

i realised that over the last 2 years of rock concerts with them its hard to mix when they are both in your ear! you cant mix when you have blurring feedback (haha intended pun) in your ear!
