Civita came together in early 2003 in an attempt to see what would happen if you took musicians from varied musical backgrounds & genres, locked them in a room & recorded what happened. We range anywhere from Soundgarden to Rush. From Sky Cries Mary to JoyDrop. From Jazz to acoustic to "Hey, can you step back before you sing that part so you don't blow out the speakers" We've been called Grunge-Opera, we've been called Alterna-Prog, what will you call us?
