This is a fan page dedicated to one of the hardest working artists that I have ever had the pleasure of coming across.
Chance Jolivette is an unsigned rapper from a small town in the State of Louisiana.
Hes working his socks off to try and better his soul and social situation. He has introduced a new concept to the rap world, at 12 part mixtape called the "12 in the Fiscal" thats a mixtape a month for the whole year....... for FREE!!! that right, a free mixtape every month for the year.
Chance doesn't ask for much in return, just for a few people to start listening and bumping his music.
