CJ’s faith and strength in God were ingrained from his humble roots on a ten mile farm in Fitzgerald, GA. His dream of becoming a singer was ignited by his grandfather Theotis Taylor. Mr. Taylor sang for many years including a performance at the esteemed Carnegie Hall. He always told CJ, “When you sing, remember you’re singing for the Lord.”
CJ currently continues on his mission to touch lives through music. He is a member of Metro Church, in Birmingham, and he still travels to various churches and events to minister to people of all ages.
