About me:

DJ Soulmate is one of Russia's soulful house heads on-the-rise. Started in March 2006 with launching SoulfulHouse.ru web site with industry news, releases reviews, info on DJs/artist/labels, continued with adding the podcast in July 2006 and started DJing in Moscow clubs in August 2006.

Summer Fondue Sessions radioshow was launched in September 2006 at UK-based online house station SSRadio. It’s a bi-weekly show filled up with deep, jazzy, soulful and funky tunes from Soulmate himself and his guests. In 2008 the show was extended and now is syndicated to stream online by SSRadio (UK), FullHouseRadio (UK), Raunchy Rhythms (UK), PartyStation (IT), Lifted Radio (UK), DeepGrooveRadio (DE), SmoothTraxx (GR), WheresTheCulture (AR), and Russian Headz.fm, 16bit.fm, SunRadio.ru.

Residency (Moscow): ParaBar (2006), Propaganda (2007-2008), You Cafe (2008), W Bar (2008). Played as guest at: Sorry Babushka, Cult, Pyramid, Arka, Who is Who, Good News, Cafe 15, FM Cafe, Blesk-Cafe, Myata, Yello, W Bar, U Cafe, SOHO Rooms (all are Moscow venues). Touring activities: Saint-Petersburg (Oxford, Led Limon, A2, Barhat), Yerevan (KAMI), Khabarovsk (Nebo). In June 2009 was the official DJ of Martini Terrazza at Kinotavr Film Festival in Sochi, Russia. Now the resident DJ of Soul Color project at The W Bar (Winzavod, Moscow). Arranged Moscow tours and played back-to-back with international soulful DJs including Richard Earnshaw, DJ Meme, Central Avenue, Roberto De Carlo.

Currently studying at Moscow Jazz College of Improvisational Music and exploring production facilities.

I am one of a few soulful house lovers here in Russia. This kind of house music not so popular here, there're no clubs, promoters, labels and DJs in Russia doing and playing it. Our Soul Color project is the crew of dedicated soulful house lovers, DJs and producers from Moscow. We are unique Russian venture promoting this beautiful and live music to the Russian club scene, trying to inject the culture of deep funky soulful house, "dance music for adults", to the russian clublife. Our unique Soul Color Soulful Parties bring the warmest feelings of true house, tons of friendly smiles, and the exclusive sound atmosphere, healing your heart and soul, still being real dance music for real music lovers.

We've also launched our own Soulful Mood Recordings label that is gonna release local production, so be sure to check it out as well. The releases are available in all major online stores like Traxsource.com, Juno.co.uk etc.

MySpace is really the concentrated source of info and news on the scene, and I gotta be here!

Who I'd like to meet:

Music-in-my-mind guys, DJs, producers, artists from all over da World!
