Who I'd like to meet: My grandfather Agustin Cornejo (Composer & Musician) died before I could meet him. He was a guitarist and composer from San Juan, Argentina. His musical love was folklore but ended up composing and performing many tangos. From 1927 to 1935 he lived in New York City where he was hired by Argentine legend Carlos Gardel to perform in several films for Paramount Pictures (Latin America) directed by French filmmaker, Louis Gasnier. He can be seen in "El Tango en Broadway", "Cuesta Abajo" with Astor Piazzola and "El Dia Que Me Quieras." He recorded albums for RCA Victor and Columbia Records.

Hi...finished up Dad's move. He's completely out of the other apartment. Boxed up the last things, cleaned the place out (whew!) and signed off the "walk-thru". He's settling in to his new place. He loves it! Anyway, just stopped by to say "hi"...-- AK
How are you doing sis? I've got to find the creative edge again...just haven't been in the mood...still sad, but I'm starting to feel the need to compose again. Oh, Connie and Scooter went to visit Dad the other afternoon and Scooter and Dad had a great time together! Love you... --AK
